last month and it's not a widely recorded story the obama administration asked the decided once again to change the product and change the name. so they decided in mid-january that they didn't want to call it health exchanges but they would now have what we call health marketplaces, marketplaces without our kit perhaps. the official explanation for this was that it was because the word exchange could not he translated into the spanish language and for the billions -- millions under the exchange they want to know what it meant, and health exchange or a health marketplace. i want to be helpful in this regard so we can at least try to provide sufficient terms for the beginning of the obamacare dictionary. it was mixture and exchange and of course now it's called an insurance marketplace. there are some other terms in law. a new suggestion translated into the spanish and i won't include my bad accent but that's a new term for it under the affordable care act, donation. another term in the law, mandate. that has been translated new and improved for hispanic and the fisheries, suggestion. w

wrote to president obama asking for the underlining memos that the administration still has approdeclined to provide to congress. 11 senators signed that. a total of eight democrats and three republicans. democrat ron wyden was leading the charge on a letter. the chairman of the senate judiciary committee patrick leahy was on the letter on the democratic side. on the republican side, a motley crew of senators. you had mike lee of utah, grassley of iowa, susan collins of maine. that sort of indication of where you get concerned about the drone issue on the hill. you see a smattering of liberal democrats concerned in the house and a small handful of libertarian-leaning republicans that have expressed concerns on this issue. host: these underlying memos that the members of congress want, do they have to do with just drone strikes in general, drone strikes that have occurred against other alleged al qaeda operatives? guest: they may not happen to withdraw on strikes in general. they might have to do with drone strikes in specific. one of the issues that came up here is our anwar

. what is the obama administration's approach to border security? guest: it's interesting because it's becoming very come plegs. there is a strong border security to the imflation reform bill that's being discussed and to the proposal that was put together by the gang of eight senators who sat down and came up with a new proposal. their border security component is somewhat specific and their whole immigration reform package hinges on securing that border. the obama administration proposal has more to do with sbror enforcement of how we enforce verification of employment. the fact that people are here in the united states legally and that kind of thing, and is less specific on border element of that. now, to me, the whole hinge centers around what is a secure border. what is border security? and in fact, there is no definition. it's subject to different interpretation s and what they are doing in the senate proposal which i think is going to be the one that goes forward and is tweaked and debated and discussed, they want to put together a commission in border security. and it's this
